Industrial filtration systems are designed to separate product, debris and waste. Filtration concentrates on the effective removal of both end product and process waste for safe removal and disposal.
An industry leading, filter plate manufacturer into the nuclear sector, our product goes into a range of critical industrial filtration systems. These include the more common form of gravity filters to pressure/vacuum filters which are fast becoming the preferred method of filtration.
Key filtration areas include the Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR), the Residual Heat Removal Systems (HR), Spent Fuel Pool or Turbine area.
Separately, Hydrocyclone Separators, common in plants treating water remove suspended solids contained in the water eg sand, silt etc. Liquids of differing densities can also be separated, as in Deoiling Hydrocyclone. In both cases, we manufacture Tubesheets up to 2,000 m diameter for such applications.

STOCKIST: non-EU 316/L + 304/L stainless steel flanges up to 24” NB, 2,500 lbs (finished/semi-finished) to B16.5, B16.36, BS10 & EN1092-1.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PROCUREMENT SERVICES: from decades of managing projects, applying skill, knowledge and experience, as needed, we manage the entire supply chain across material(s) requisition, manufacturing, testing, certification and delivery to you.
